This report introduces the concept of Use Cases and how they can be applied to TRANSITION.
A use case is a description of how a Market Actor who uses a process (or system) will accomplish a goal, much like a recipe with a goal of preparing an item which describes a series of written steps how to prepare that item.
A use case helps to understand where errors could occur in the process and is written to engineer out those errors
