It interface with the Select and Dispatch tool to calculate network sensitivity factors from flexibility offers and determine if they will solve the constraints.

The Select and Dispatch (S&D) tool is specifically designed to make operational decision making in the procurement and dispatching of flexibility contracts.

It evaluates bids from flexibility providers based on their market value and effectiveness in managing constraints in the distribution networks.
