The purpose of this document is set out ElectraLink’s Distribution System Operator (DSO) code governance guidance which will feed into SSEN’s TRANSITION and LEO projects.
The development of a Regulatory Roadmap and Regulatory Service Framework with repeatable Impact Assessment have been informed by the findings of Discovery and Validation workshops facilitated by ElectraLink in December 2019 and March 2020 respectively
